Delivery Timeframes
United States: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery timelines begin the business day after your order is placed, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Customs & Import Responsibilities
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import duties and regulations.

Import Duties & Taxes:
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees based on the destination country and order value. Please contact your local customs office for details regarding applicable charges.

VZN Athletic is not responsible for additional charges or delays caused by customs processing.

Order Processing
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Terms
Gift card purchases do not count toward free shipping thresholds, if applicable.
We currently do not ship to military addresses in EU countries.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
